Lots of variables but I have done 24/7 on work projects in Texas winters some variable weather using Catalytic heater along with Furnace and I would say average 4 - 5 weeks. One person except weekends. Electronic water heater turned off when not needed and lowering the thermostat a little when not there.
I have taken it snow skiing in the mountains with the temperatures at night around 10 degrees and below freezing all day and the tank didn't switch for the week.
I want to clarify that most of the time if I was around the sofa and kitchen area I would have the Catalytic heater on and at bedtime the central heater. My thermostat for Catalytic in on the wall beside the kitchen sink and the central heat is in the bedroom.
I usually never ran both unless it was really really cold.
We ran ours out after about 3 wks of use. Little to no heat. Full time refer ( except in campgrounds), stovetop and water heater. Occassonal use of the oven. Over several trips but I figure at least 3wks of travel. That bout kill'd my twin 40's.
