Duotherm Furnace replacement?

Ok, does anybody know what model furnace, if any, could be a "drop in" replacement for a duotherm 62102 furnace? Mine seems to be missing the pilot light assembly and the local yokels wont even look at the thing to tell me what parts to get (I have found a replacement valve/pilot light) without a ridiculous price attached. However I can get an "Estimate" for replacement for free. I was looking at repair as I dont think I really need it that bad, and the current duotherm can operate without much currrrent draw if i can get it to light. Otherwise, I guess maybe i should just put in a ventless radiant/blue flame for the one or two times per decade i probably need heat...

Any ideas or suggestions?
