Cut and mend - replace damaged section with new tubing and flared connections. If you have the equipment & skill, NFPA 58 (propane fire code) permits silver brazed connections w/ melting points over 1000F; this can be simpler than flaring in some cases.
All splices must be outside trailer; shutoff valves that are not part of the
appliance in question must be outside the trailer as well.
Modern practice requires double flares, but older trailers don't have these and seem safe enough
