Anyone using these? Regascoe's Clear View LP Tanks?

I snagged the following verbiage from the authors advertisement.

THIS IS THE LAST PROPANE GAS TANK YOU WILL EVER NEED TO PURCHASE! The benefits are tremendous.

-Made with advanced polymeric and composite materials, with one-piece seamless construction
-Light weight (at least 50% less than those old rusty steel tanks)
-Broad base for stability and stackable
-Translucent wall so that you can always tell how much LP you have left
-Rust & corrosion proof
-No painting
-UV protected
-Explosion proof
-Will not mar storage area
-Much safer to store and use

Clear View LP Gas tanks are translucent for fuel-level viewing. Never run out of propane gas again during a barbecue. Eliminates guess work about how much propane remains! No Corrosion, no painting, no rust, will not mar storage area, one half the weight of steel LP tanks, stackable and safer to use and store.

This innovative Clear View Composite LPG Tank is a refreshing change from metal gas tanks -- it is lighter, safer, easier to use, and non-corrosive. This barbecue accessory features a transparent design that lets you see the fuel level at a glance, so you only refill when needed.

This 20-lb. Clear View propane gas tank is the same size as your old rusty steel tank and use the latest UL approved valve and a standard OPD connection. The valve receptacle works with either the male or female styles of barbecue connections.

Specifications:

Height: 18 inches
Diameter: 12 inches
Pressure Rating: 441 psi
Propane Capacity: 16 lbs.
Butane Capacity: 18.7 lbs.
Tare (empty) Weight: 9.0 lbs.

Just saw this notice about a recall... It involves only the manufacturer mentioned, apparently those made by other companies are not part of the recall.
