09 Airstream Sprinter Batteries/ Breaker

My circuit breaker is hard to get at,. It is waterproof red breaker and sliding resat switch. Most of the time when i use batteries they go low in a very short time. So I need to use the generator or be plugged in. What size breaker is this 50 amp? Why is it blowing? rv guy suggested I replace with one that is auto resetting?
