Happy reading - just keep in mind that it represents a mere 13% of all wbcci members with 68% over the age of 55 (retired) and 52% are or were Officers of either local regional or International level.
Even the sampling barely represents a "quorum" of members (20%) would have at least been justifiable to look seriously into the results. But 13% would basically represent an "opinion".
However - it is great that there are some results that they do get out of it. That those people who volunteer - are encouraged by fellow volunteers to fill out the questionnaire as it is important. The big one - they know at least they have a guaranteed 13% readership of the Blue Beret.
And if WBCCI wanted to do a sampling questionnaire first and sample the over 55 age then they might have a good view from that demographic on the organizaton.
As well the Officer demographic - if honest - may also give an insight to the operations - but it is unfair for any Officer to answer the quesitonnaire and be tabulated with regular members - Evaluating yourself the program delivery infrastructure - that makes a lot of sense - I see a lot of rave reviews - or biais in many answers if that is the case.
I am going to hold off reading them - as I don't think they represent the membership well at all - somewhat like the decision on the table right now is not representing the membership either - it is representing a process that is top heavy with weighted votes.
