WBCCI numbers, How to find out more

Happy New Year! Can someone please direct me to information or decode WBCC numbers on my AS. (1045 and 323) I read that some people have a book that tells the numbers and who they are assigned too, where would one get such a book?

The book you are referring to is the annual Wally Byam Caravan Club International (WBCCI) directory which is a yearly listing of club members and is available to members of the club.So far,there is no online version.
I can pm you some details shortly of the two numbers you have listed out of a 1968 directory I have.

I also was wondering if anyone could give me any information on the previous owner of my A/S. It was assigned the number 10424 and I have no idea when or to whom, and would love to know. I was able to keep that number when I joined the WBCCI and thought it should stay with the trailer since the number was available. Thanks for any help.

I recently bought a 63 Ambassador that has WBCCI stickers on the front and rear but no numbers painted on. Should this trailer have numbers?

It probably did at one point but they either wore off or more likely were removed.
You could always join the club and get your own new set of numbers.
