WBCCI Numbers History

I wonder if anyone can help me trace the history of my Airstreams. My 1986 Sovereign bears the number 1400 and was purchased new by a chap named Luck and used in the Florida keys. My 1989 Excella bears the number 13194 together with 4 stars and a WBCCI life member sticker, originally owned by a guy called Ketchell in New Jersey. I ask because I'm having to refinish the domes on the Excella and as I believe the finish should be original, and that includes the numbers, I'd like to know some history. hope somebody can help..
