WBCCI Number seeking assistance

It had the numbers 21863 on it at one time. Anyone know who may have owned it when it was wearing those numbers?

21863, in the 1976 Directory, was assigned to James Falls, from Miami Florida. This trailer appears to be from the mid 70's, so I am guessing this would have been the original owner. That is a pretty high number, so it is likely that it was never reassigned. The number has not appeared in recent directories.

I just purchased a 1972 Overlander and it has the WBCCI numbers 9864, can anyone tell me who this was assigned to?

WBCCI numbers are reassigned regularly, so we can not be certain, but 9864 in the 1977 directory was assigned to Jacob Myers from Boynton Beach FL
