WBCCI number on my trailer

I have a 1957 Flying Cloud that has the number 1235 on it can anyone tell me who this number was issued to? It also has a metal dealer sign on it that says Roots Mobile Homes Erie,Pa. Thanks for your help.

Number 1235 first appears in the 1958 Directory issued to:
Chalmer & Ann Cropp
Tionesta, PA

We went on the Eastern Canada Caravan with them in 1959

Wow that is fantastic! I bought the Flying Cloud last July in Tennesse that owner had been using it for hunting and fishing in east Tennessee. He said that he had owned it for about ten years. I hope to restore or remodel it. Thanks for the great information. I am posting a pair of photos of how it looks today.
