Again you are off on a tangent. To the best of my knowledge there has never been a mention of damages. Not all suits have to result in damages Some seek correction of wrong doings. Damages would only further weaken the Club and hasen it's demise.

If you still believe there is an effort to destroy the Club I do not think I will be able to change your mind.

I think I described your intent in post 101 of the above thread. With that in mind I will not reply to your comments in the future.

I was referring to lawsuit insurance, and what I understand that to cover, not to this suit in particular. Lawsuits do result in legal fees, paid for by the parties and/or by their insurance for that purpose.

I just had time to lessen to Fred's comments and I have to admit I thought you had done this as a final comment but you did not. When Fred's comments ended my I Tunes folded directly into the Mamas & the Papas singing "California Dreaming" and I almost fell out of the chair before I realized what was happening.

Fred's comments are forever burned into my play-list and will from time to time be played as I lessen to I Tunes. Not sure who I should send the royalty check to but I am sure I will get a letter from some Lawyer on the subject.

Carol had the right idea - members should be able to buy insurance in case they ever fall afoul of the E&G committee.
