No, I am referring to the monthly letter to the membership from the International President, it is separate from the Blue Beret.

I sent an email to Cindy Reed, but she is on vacation this week, so I won't hear back until next week.

As to the BB's President's message, The IP says it is imperative that every unit president attend the delegates meeting. That's one way to bolster attendance.

I never received a March president's letter.

I received a reply from Cindy Reed this morning about Norm Beu's monthly letter. There has been no letter since February 7, 2011.

Mystery solved.
