Wbcci Do They Really Care

After two weeks and two emails to OUR WBCCI over a mistake in my membership, with no reply from them, this is the very nice reply I finely got "ALL HAS BEEN CORRECTED." How is that for a $55 make you really feel welcome.
Would be proud of this?

Hmmm - Not really the kind of response I would have come up with. As the VAC membership Chair, when I make a mistake or have any contact with any of the VAC members I try to let them know exactly what happened and even what I am doing to prevent it from happening to others. But in any event I like to communicate with the members and that can't be done with 4 short words and no, it doesn't make one feel welcome.
But I will say that I only have 10% of the nember of people to deal with than they do so perhaps thay are real busy and that is the best they could do with the time they have....

If in fact all has been corrected then that's what you needed done.

We all communicate in different ways, some being more wordy than others.

IMHO, the important thing will be to see if the corrections have been made the way you needed them. If not, then you have a reason to ask for reasons as to what's up.

I hope it turns out you are properly fixed (not meaning you personally of course).

Warning: This may be an attempted high jacking!
Pink Floyd did a song about "Us and Them". I can't remember anything about it except it say something about us all being "oridinary men". Come to think about it, I don't remember much else during that time of my life either! Where'd it go and why won't it come back?

Wow! I am impressed! I wonder if this also means that when a hot topic line a name change or Motorhome issue comes about and is hotly discussed here that somebody in WBCCI sees that as well??? This really makes me think.....

Maybe it took them that long to realize that your "Squarestream" was actually made by Airstream and eligible for the club.

hi janet

call the wb' hq and they can correct your info while u r on the phone.

however, this won't change what is in the directory till next year.

also on the renewal form you mail in each year you can re-write any info that needs corrections.

cheers

information

Over the last few years I have found that WBCCI staff always respond to my emails, usually within a day or so. They have been helpful, answered my questions, and they have corrected information as needed.
