Looking for a bit of information on my '66 Sovereign. I doubt this number has been used on it in the past 20+ years. The original dealer was in Pontiac, MI. I'm at least the 3rd or 4th owner of this one.

Thanks for that Rich, I knew the numbers were often recycled (what else would you expect from a group that loves aluminum!) I'm reasonably certain that these were the original owners of my Sovereign...the location fits. I bit of a google search informs me that the original owner would be over 100 years old at this time.

If the owners drive with caution and have proper maintenance performed, many Airstreams last longer than their owners, Trailers that are owned by adventurous people who drive quickly sometimes do not last as long.
Forgot to point out that numbers go with owners, not rigs, so if the person who owned that rig got a new trailer their number would go with them to the new trailer. This complicates research a bit.
