Unit Flags

Is there a specification for a Unit Flag? I would like our officers to fly their office flags at their trailers, and carry a Unit flag in the opening and closing ceremonies. Right now, our president carries his office flag (with President on the fly) in the ceremonies, which means he doesn't have a flag to fly at his trailer, since the flag stays on the podium for the duration of the rally.
