Good luck to those who have all that time to wait!

I agree that's a long time. 2020 relates to vision, not years. I never thought of it as a date, but now that you point it out, that's what it sounds like. No one is waiting that long. Really.

2020 is a date 20/20 is the strength of ones vision. Very different how they read to many. I have always seen setting ones goals for the year 2020 to very short sighted.

No matter which is the correct interpretation of the name, The committee seemed to grasp a lot of the problems and did some hard work.
That doesn't change the fact that the only result from their hard work in 2 years has been a "mission statement" unless something got by me.

Unfortunately there are so many rules and procedures accumulated over the years, coupled with the IBT attitude that nothing much can change whether it is the BB or other things

Exclamation

New volume of The Blue Beret is now online.

Of particular note, there seems to be a limited production run on 34' units in June. As most know the 34' was discontinued fairly recently. Those who want a new one, better get on the list!

How on earth can anyone read that. I use to order from a parts pplace that used the same online software and finally gave up and ordered the full catalog. Looks like an old DOS app.

Maybe it's just my Mac, but I click full screen and can see it without any issues. Downloading it works too though.

Is the .PDF still on the wbcci website,?? I Can't seem to find it. Thought it was under the general tab.
Did find a link to the BB online but hate that set up.
Would much prefer to download the .PDF.

It was a few days ago, but apparently no more. Don't think about complaining about it on the club forums. Pi**ing into the wind.

I tried it again. It is still unreadable on my PC, and I am using a desk top. Wonder what it would be like on a 13 inch laptop or a netbook? Oh well, what can you expect from people who can't even do a decent forums.

Not too long ago you had to pay $56 a year to get it. Now anyone can read it for free. Very interesting letter to the editor... just turn the page if you don't like it.

I also find it unreadable on my 15 inch monitor unless I zoom the page. I also can find no way to download a copy and save it.
As one who travels and does not always have internet access i would prefer to have the copy on my computer rather than on line
I would guess the .PDF files were done at JC and we are paying big bucks for the new set up.
I have sent a note to headquarters asking that the PDF files be restored.
I notice no critical posts on the "other" forum, at least yet.
Shows what happens when you ignore the KISS principal.

Curious about whether the BB works better on a Mac, I clicked on the link and I could read it, but it was hard to control the page and scrolling was weird. Poor software I expect.

The letter Frank referred to was about someone concerned about the BB promoting Christianity and an insensitivity to other faiths. The editor's answer to the letter was even more insensitive. It said no where in the organization's Objectives does it say the WBCCI is a nonsectarian organization. This means the WBCCI is sectarian organization and a Christian one. I wonder if the membership knows that.

attend ANY major wb' rally or even minor 1s...

and try eating without a prayer or starting EVERY daily agenda without the prayer...

yes members know, at least MOST.
__________

but SCREW the bb

the big NEWS is a new/short run of the 34s.

that deserves it's own thread.

funny thing is, NO where on the a/s corp website was/is this info posted,

NOR ANY of the larger dealer sites....

((i expected the jerzee dealership to have something about "ORDER a 34 NOW", but nothing on their site either...))

announcing a new model or special edition in the bb is a TOTAL waste of time.

say amen somebody...
