396 or 397 would be low 3 digid numbers usually reserved for at least Region officers. Neither seems to be used in the 2008 Directory however. You might try calling Cindy Reed at Jackson Center and seeing what she can do for you.

P.S. If MacKay isn't there, please also try McKay. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, How do I get hold of Cindy? (II know, you mean he doesnt have a clue to what Jackson Center is)
Just received and email from Steve at VTS and he will be getting more in at some point. They are stickers and they were originally in red and blue on trailers back in the day.
I am very curious about the caravan history of my Overlander, and I understand that this information might be available in old membership directories. Unfortunately I don't have access to such 'vintage' directories, so I am hopeful that someone here might be able to help me out.
The Overlander's PO was John Peterson from Lake Oswego Oregon, and I believe that he was at one time President of the Oregon Unit. (I'm led to believe this because a Presidential flag from that unit was included with the Overlander when I purchased it.)
The WBCCI numbers on the Overlander at time of purchase were 15638, and I believe that they were long time numbers because some of them were white with age.
I presume from looking at the various paperwork and receipts that came with the trailer that Mr. Peterson would have been an active member at least through 1990.

Hi Cameron,
From what I can find looking through the directories I have,it looks like the Peterson's were members from 1985-2006 and did belong to the Oregon Unit.
There is only one caravan listed for them which was WBCCI Caravan O-28
Europe,22 countries,Apr/Oct 1987
