New numbers on and no old glue residue.

The tooth brush doesn't hurt the clear coat? I screwed ip my clearcoat with a pot scrubber sponge.

I've removed six stickers so far and their must be at least six to go.
Do I really need that huge sticker on the Port side telling me about tire pressure etc??

Which stickers did you remove?
How hard were they to remove?
Thor sticker came off without a trace.
I ruined my clear coat removing the "green" sticker with a pot scrubber sponge. Maybe I should have used a terry cloth towel?

Of course a toothbrush will scratch the clear coat; it's impossible for it to not. Perhaps he doesn't see it or doesn't care...but after using a toothbrush, the clearcoat should have been polished with Nu-Finish to get rid of the light surface scratches from the toothbrush and also to protect the clearcoat.

When I removed my stickers, I used Nu-Finish for ALL of them. The "green" sticker took longer, as it wanted to break away in little pieces. It simply took a lot of elbow grease. The good thing about Nu-Finish is that as you're using it to get rid of the old stickers and residue, it polishes and protects the surface.

I will try Nu-Finish to try to undo,or cover up the damage I did with the pot scrubber sponge.

Exclamation "Jackson Center" this is Flying Cloud 007..do you read me.......

Mission Completed.

I'm amazed at the variety and number of stickers on my new Airstream.
I drafted my wife to help me and in total we removed 15 stickers.

1. Dealer sticker ad.

2. 1 "Thor" sticker ad.

3. 2 "If you don't tighten your lug nuts"....yikes! your wheels will fly off.

4. 5 "When opening this window, it may stick!"

5. 1 "Go Green" very sticky sticker.

6. 5 stickers indoors, I can't remember what they said.

This is how we did it, apply blow dryer for 30 - 45 seconds high heat setting. Peel off sticker, any residual gummy glue apply "goo gone" and wait for five minutes, wipe clean. Apply Spray way glass cleaner to buff clean. On Aluminum we finished it off with a microfiber towel and Meguires quick spray polish.

I'm sure all of these stickers send a critical message but.........we did leave a couple that contain our Vin # just in case some State Trooper is concerned about us knowing what the proper air pressure is etc.

P.S. we did leave the "exit" sticker over the bedroom window, just felt like the right thing to do

I wish i could figure out how to remove the raised/indented "Stafford RV" logo -- it's not a sticker; not entirely sure what it is.

You must use a solvent that will not attack the clearcoat.

Try some rubbing alcohol.

Old cotton diapers are the best.... no synthetic fibers lo leave swirl or scratches in your clearcoat.

The one that was just above the shore cord connection came away easily without a trace. A little GooGone and wait a few minutes. I don 't even remember what it said- the lettering had faded- but probably something about 50 amp service-Click image for larger version

Too late, Ethel!
These yellow ones and the little white one came off the brake drums with no resistance. 3 of the white ones and one of the yellow ones had already fallen off of their own free will.Click image for larger version

So, 2 stickers removed previously and 13 stickers removed today = 15 stickers removed...

It is not a sticker. It is many stickers.
Hair dryer, GooGone, and a lot of time to peel...
It is vinyl graphics applied from a sheet of wax paper on both sides. They removed the wax paper from the sticky side, applied the whole graphic to the trailer, squeegee'd it onto the trailer, and the peeled off the top layer of wax paper, like my "The Honys" graphic or our Airforums stickers.Click image for larger version

The dealership graphics will come off pretty easily. Mine never had a dealership logo, but I always remove them from my cars.
I always remove the "always wear a helmet" sticker from motorcycle tanks. My bike had reflectors stuck on with double sided tape on the crash bars and forks- they're gone-
