NOVA has been issued our Provisional Charter!
It is with great pleasure to announce that today, February 18, 2010, NOVA has been issued a provisional charter as a new unit in the WBCCI!

Congratulations on your hard work getting this together. We'll watch with interest how your Unit develops and thrives. Wouldn't if be too funny if a bunch of the Lawrence Welkers decided they like the Virtual unit concept more than the one they've been zealously protecting?
We've thought lately we will be shopping for the successor group for our camping and traveling pleasure. WBCCI, as we have been watching for the past three years, won't survive financially or leaderlessly.
NOVA, WDCU, and Four Corners Unit all appeal to us. We'll keep an eye out for you all and until then,
