It is primarily for WBCCI members.

There has been much discussion at Airforums on this topic but that discussion has become so heated by non members and one expelled member who are miss interpreting the revision Constitution, these folks generally are bias against the club and meaningful discussions are difficult.

Now Bob I would call that a cheap shot and not a good way to start a meaningful discussion.
