LOL Scott, now you really don't know that for positive! Actually we requested our house number and since it wasn't available, it was suggested we add a 1 at the end. It helps me remember since we stream bald. But aren't the three digit numbers reserved?

This has been my experience with WBCCI numbers.
Three digit numbers are usually reserved for officers.Generally 100's are for past Int'l presidents,200's and 300's for Region Presidents and other officers.Usually 400's to 999 are not reissued and are only given out under special circumstances.
General membership numbers are reissued from 1000-32083 when available.
