Maybe if they had a laptop (that's a small computer) with them they could have pulled up the numbers on the spot.

PS: Don needed copies for the delegates, guess what no copy machine at the International meeting, they had to send someone over to the admin building to make copies. (20 minutes)

There should have been basic office equipment on the stage like a fax etc.

Also there was no video displays to show the motions and rationale that were read. If they were displayed there would have been a better understanding of the content.

Let's see, there's how many members on the board? How long in advance was the date set? Huh, how hard would it have been to have this completed prior to even arriving at Perry? Huh, does the little town of Perry have a Kinkos?

Or, did I miss the treasurer say her dog ate the report that morning?

This incident just reinforced in my mind we've got a club that's lead by a group that believe they're above the "rules and regulations".

***FYI***
The town of Perry does not have a Kinkos, a UPS store, Staples or anything else.
A movie theater, a hardware store, a grocery, a few eateries, bank, drug store and some nice people.

The WBCCI does have a copy machine and a fax and should have used it. Not having the info for the International is inexcusable.

Thanks Michael, that's the word I was looking for, "inexcusable" and the feelings I was trying to express in this thread.
