History on 2867

Hello,

We just purchased a 2004 25' classic that has had some modifications and I was just curious if the previous owner or someone who knew of it could fill me in on the history. Purchased in Clearwater, FL.

It came with Twins but has a huge bed sideways now. 60 x 96 if that helps anyone identify #2867..

We have only yard camped so far and are addressing a few issue before we take it out.
1. Black water Flush
2. Toilet Blade Seal
3. Brakes and Wheel Bearings

Thanks,

Billy

2867 identifies the owner at one point in time, not the trailer. Someone with copies of the membership directory may be able to help you.

Hi Billy,
I do lookups of old big red numbers from old WBCCI membership directories to help people determine where their vintage Airstream may have come from and whether it was on any caravans, not to help them try to contact prior owners, who may or may not want to hear from subsequent owners.

I do not do so after about the year 2000 due to privacy concerns, as the club is very concerned about protecting the privacy of club members. Most members that gave up their membership over 20 years ago are probably not around anymore.

Therefore I am sorry I cannot help you in this case.

I googled it a few weeks ago and it actually returned a name and rally that it was in.

I was mainly curious as to what the history was and what mods may or may not have been done. For instance, I know it was a twin And now has a huge bed turned sideways. Normal queens and kings are 80” and this is a full 96” long by 60 wide. The mattress is comfy and my 6’3” frame likes the huge bed. Maybe Jackson has some info if the mods were done there.

It’s all good and I am making my way around the systems and learning.

Thanks again for the help.
