Can someone tell me who this was/is or any history?

The 2009 wbcci directory shows them as being current members of unit 98, East Texas Lakes.

Thank you for the quick reply, This number appeared after a good cleaning on a 1959 Overlander. Could this be the same person or a reassigned number?

While it is not impossible that the current member is the original number holder, it is highly unlikely. This membership number may have been reissued several times. Then again, it could be in the hands of of the original holders' descendants.

I've messaged streamer23. He's got many years of past directories and helps in such situations. Much of this could be considered to be private. So he'll message you with folks who have had that number -- I hope.
