I took that in Perry at the Mid-Winter IBT meeting in January of 2007. The women dressed alike in matching blazers are the first ladies of the highest officers. The raise of hand vote is regarding allowing non-Airstream motorhomes into the club.

I believe the date you see is when i copied a copy to desktop to find easily for upload this is the exif of creation. I could supply the original but I would want more for my trouble than your approval.

do you notice how empty the auditoriums are in all those photos? Wapping turn out there. Must be what people want to spend their time doing...

The times they are a changing...

At least they should be! Maybe if they just charge the last standing elite $1,000.00 each for lifetime memberships they can have a really good party in parting. And the festivus for the rest of us can hold onto our change and make our own merriment complete with outdoor activities such as outdoor parades and bonfires and loud music in outdoor tents with...you guessed it...beer! or wine. No gospel or barbershop quartets, not that they are not fine but let's cut loose and dance.

All these pictures are of people as old as me and I don't spend a lot of time with such dull looking people and wouldn't want to. Last time I saw people like that was when we visited my wife's grandmother (she's 100) in a rehab facility and old age home. Grandma has more energy than this group. Do they have an ambulance standing by at these meetings?

Florida State Rally

Man after looking at those photos, I'm not so sure I want to go now, I was sort of looking forward to that rally to warm up but I'm not up to the flag parade again.........

Yuck
Where's the beach?

The Florida State rally was fun. I went twice but I did leave the flag ceremony right away after the pictures as did Rich Luhr. In fact I won at the raffle but we had left after 30-45 minutes of special awards after dinner and I just missed out because you have to be in person to win and little Emma could only take so much. Well, we said it was because little Emma could only take so much, lol! Basically we were all in agreement. Gotta make your own fun. The scheduled activities are not popular among the under 70 set, I think.

The Flywheelers and the Tin Can Tourists were also there in different locations and that was fun to go to. The Bullpen is on pavement in the parking lot as was the vintage area next to the street unless they have moved it.

I didn't go to the beach but to Hunter's List party and to see the Lipizzaner Stallions perform. They were great!

Carol , you must be tougher than I am. I went to opening ceremonies at the International one time and have never gone to another one.
We enjoy the Florida state rally.. The secret is to show up about the time the drawing starts, get the free ice cream and go back to the trailer.

Vintage has not been parked outside the fence now for several years.

We were members of WBCCI for only one yr. I just now looked at their forum. I noticed that they had listed as 67 as the most they had ever had online at one time. Airforums lists that the most they ever had was 2746(?) or close to that number. That is a sad fact. Maybe one day soon they will make it to the endangered specie list.

Which time? She was told to stand down twice actually! She was simply 2nd'ing Forrest McClure's motion with respect to the name change issue.
