You could always put them on your window instead...I know it's not 100% PC with hardcore Wally-ites, but alot of people are doing it these days.

I going to do it with a small sheet of Lexan with suction cups to hook to the front glass. I've seen others do it. It id's you at rallys but doesn't do the branding that the typical application does.

Thank you for your information. But why would I get a 4 digit number instead of the present 5 digit number? Do they recycle numbers? Just curious. Silver suz

They are currently recycling numbers.

If there is a number on the trailer and it is not in use by an active member, and available, you can request the number that is on the unit now. If you want it.

The only thing you would need to do is remove any stars that are there. It really is your call.

BTW most folks can remember a four digit number easier than a five.

If you decide to put numbers on the glass, use white, not red. They will show up great. I have 6" on the front window shield and rear window. Have 4'" on the front window under the stone shield, which can be seen when the stone shield is up at a rally. Have 3" on the top of the windshield of the tow vehicle. All white. The only problem with the white numbers is that they can be seen so well, that in a caravan, by the time the following unit can't read the numbers, he is a loooong way back.
Save that clearcoat by putting numbers on the glass.

It might be nice to remember to put, paint or otherwise add the numbers to the top of your unit. Just in "case " it comes up missing. This is a really good suggestion by another member, when a unit was declared missing from a storage unit this Spring. We'll be putting them up there on our new unit, when it arrives home in a couple of weeks.

Thumbs up Are we in the presence of greatness?

We are camped out in Myrtle Beach, SC this week, at the campground we are staying at are two 7 star and one 8 star generals! Haven't managed to meet them...yet. One of the 7 stars in is in new tri-axle classic with the slide, the other in a AS Cutter Motor home. The 8 star was another tri-axle..."rank hath it's priviledges"
