I'll be sending full boat loot so Mrs. Goin camoing and I can be full fledged members of your Unit While retaining our Current Unit status.
You guys got Kevbo's FCU logo post cards. Now turn them into window stickers cause they are so dang cool and retro. You could make enough dough on those alone to lower your fees to .35 cents.
Soon to be Charter members Mr. & Mrs. Goin Camping

I need the information about how to transfer my WBCCI membership from my current unit to the FCU. In the past, I had asked to be put on the Charter Membership list.

Milo:
Don't have current plans for Chino in March. What are the dates? March 15-18, we will be at San Onofre on the beach with Long Beach unit. Hope to take the Argosy out on first shakedown trip to Woods Valley, with El Camino Real unit in April. May brings first big trip for the Argosy to the Bass Lake VAC rally. Planning on going to Breckenridge, CO end of July to the Rockey Mountain VAC Rally with the Argosy.

Sam,
Chino is the 2nd through 4th of March. Sorry you won't be there but it seems you won't be idle.

transfer my WBCCI membership to FCU
Sam,
I had added you to the Charter Membership database.
I have put the question about how to transfer WBCCI membership from a current unit to the FCU to Jodi Morris the corporate Membership Director and expect a reply in a few days.

Jerry,
I also sent a PM to David Tidmore. He is the Unit President of the Heart of Texas Camping Unit. They were the newest unit untill we came along. I asked how they transfered members as well. We should have this nailed down shortly....

Kebo10: Started out with the San Diego Unit, the wife didn't take to them, went to the International in Salem, and met some of the Long Beach people on a caravan afterwards. They are a casual group, and we have made some good friends there.
I bought the Argosy with the intentions of taking it to Alaska next year, instead of the Safari, on the WBCCI Caravan, but my plans have changed. Plans now are to continue working on the Argosy, and take it to some VAC rallies.

mr. sam,
it's all good.
i love vintage groups.
however,
have you seen the bass lake application? theres a serious problem. whom ever drafted that beauty is IMHO an anti people person. i hold it out as whats seriously WRONG with the WBCCI. i framed the app., and i send copies out all the time, as an example of WHAT NOT TO DO... when creating a rally app.
just me thinking out loud.

Ken J.: You are going to need a couple of bucks for the "Official" WBCCI Membership Cards. Their cost is $4.00 for 100. The Member badge is $2.25 each.
Sam
PS I need another membership card for my collection. One from the FCU.

Kevbo10: I can't take credit for it. BeBop posted it, and I just used it. I really like it.

Yup thats the badge - obviously the $1 club dues won't cover them, so if we want those will have to figure it out - I already have one of those from my old unit - I don't think I've ever used it. I like to travel in cognito

We are MALs who are not particularly interested in actively participating in a unit. We would like to have our vote counted somewhere. Is the FCU interested in taking on non-participating MALs?

In fact many of us probably already have those - we could just stick the FCU on them.....
I know the WDCU does not issue those, because I've never received one from them.....
