Where do I find the registration form for the 2013 International on the WBCCI site.

Found the registration form on the Blue Beret online, but it should be readily available on the WBCCI site also.

Thanks, I see that part of the problem is me. When I select a menu item and then see a subsidiary item, I keep going until the end of the subsidiary items. In that case, I ended up at pictures of the Sedalia Rally and did not realize that I could click on items on the way to the end and find some information.
