I weighed the tongue last night. It turned out that the old scale I have goes up to 300 lbs and then will keep going around again. I have the result and will post it after the weekend is over so more people can vote on the poll. Hint the poll is almost accurate.

If I win..

Hey Chris,
If I guess correctly on the weight, do you appear and fix our Airstream?
Sandy

Actually Sandy the poll winners will win a guest invitation to a practice forum on trailer polishing which will be held here and use my trailer as the test material. Absolutely no self interest involved with the practice forum, really I mean it.

So you are not headed to ND?

Since I am a lousy guesser/estimator, I think there is no danger of me winning the game. I am thinking what you are saying is there is no chance of you coming to ND to work on ours...rats.....We are so far behind everyone else on the Airstream renovations that we look like we are in first place.

I'll keep the porch light on in case you change your mind about coming down to visit....and I will check my passport to see if they would let me into Canada.

Frank yes it is the tongue weight of my Excella 31ft "behemoth". BTW it's only 5 ft longer than your o'lander so who are you calling a behemoth anyway? LOL.
The trailer is just an empty shell and we had a discussion as to what the tongue weight is as it sits. I had an issue with my electric door and was wondering why the door didn't lift the trailer up and then open up.
P.S. I sent you the link on the 1961 and hope you got it.
