No Replies = No Problems!
When I opened this Forum I was greeted with "There have been no replys to this topic in the past 30 days" ---- or something to that effect. Could it be that this particular series of Airstream is relatively trouble-free? My problems have been very minor - and most have been with non-Airstream accessories.

You have compaints? Brenda and I went to lunch today with our "gay" daughter....44 years old and dumped from a relationship of 22 years....
You care to try what you/we know in our world and apply it?
Now what was your problem?

No Complaints
I have been monitoring and participating in the forum for well over a year now. I endorse the age-old saying "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." That said, I watch the forums to see if there are any problems specific to my make and model Airstream that I can address before I hit the road again. Comments herein for the 2000 Excella have been noticeably limited. That's either a "good thing" (---to quote Martha Stewart!) or the Owners of said Airstream are simply not very vocal. Frankly, I'm a happy camper!

Cracker,
I'm a happy camper also.
We put over 8,000 miles on our unit last year and everything works well.

No Problems
These Airstreams are truly the best! Ours is a 69 Overlander. We have reupholstered and recarpeted. We have been very lucky with ours. After traveling for many a mile, we can still say, the best!
My husband is very good at maintenance and keeps us trouble free.
All the appliances are original and still working good. In this case, I guess, no new is good news!

WOW!! That one caught me off guard. Didn't expect that..... sorry to hear about that...it really blows when things break down, particularly after such a long time.
