Tire pressure - 2005 Classic

Anyone have any recommendations on tire pressure for a 99 Ford F250 turbo diesel pulling a 30' classic?

You will need to know your tire size and how much weight is on your front and rear axles.

Then look it up here: ...

My rig is very similar to your (see SIG). My rig weighs 15460 lbs. loaded for a typical trip, 4300 front axle, 3940 rear axle, and 7320 on the trailer tandems. According to the Goodyear inflation charts I carry, my tires (265/70-17 truck, 225/75-15 trailer) need just 40 PSI to support this weight. I was taught to run a minimum of 10 PSI above the minimum so I routinely run 50 PSI front and rear on the truck. I consider 50 PSI the absolute minimum for the trailer and usually run 55-60.

Check your door....there should be a sticker, which tells you what the inflation pressures should be, both unloaded and loaded.
