Ridge in the floor, '04 Classic

Recently read a thread relative to a ridge in the floor running from side to side on a 1968 Caravel. I have a 2004 Classic 25' and have a ridge running from side to side located just behing the entrance. Local dealer called Airstream and they said it is caused by a bracket or support that secures one of the holding tanks. Has anyone else had this problem ?

We have an '04 25' Safari and I don't see any ridge(s) on the floor FWIW.

Other issues...yes, but not that one (yet).

we have an 04- 25' Safari & while at this time we have no ridge appearing, it is something for which I'll be taking the unit back to JC to check out. We have a VERY noticeable soft spot in the front of the counter & extending across to the fridge. I'm not for sure but I thought at some previous time someone else on the forum was asking about the very same thing on a new unit. I think JC may have forgotten ( along with many other things ) to add a bracket in this area. Might as well address this issuse up front & while it's under warranty.
