How is the microwave mounted?

The microwave/convection oven in our Classic 30 slideout is mounted in a cabinet road side aft of the slide. The trim ring has two visible screws, but when I pull them out the trim ring is still firmly mounted somehow. How do I get access to the microwave if I need to pull it?

Thanks,

Al

Mine is held in by 4 screws thru vent/trim. Remove them and the unit slides right out.

The trim ring will be attached to the microwave. Both come out together.

Michael: Thanks. I can only see two screws, at the top if I remember correctly.

Tincampers: Thanks. I never thought to try to pull them both out. I took ou the screws but didn't want to pull too hard for fear of breaking the trim ring.

I'll give it another try late this week when I pull the trailer from storage to head out.

Al

our original, factory installed convection oven uninstalled itself and both trim ring and oven fell to the floor in one piece. The replacement also was installed by me in one piece.
