Thanks Darkspeed! I'll send a PM with my info and work out a few details.
If I were closer, I'd take all of it probably! Thanks again!

epic squirrel poo

Started removing interior...

Seems to be a very odd mixture of rivets and phillips head screws.

Floor under the sofa is one big carpenter ants nest, epic squirrel poo, and all available cubbords filled with nests, nuts, pinecones, etc... two shop vacs full..

Rear end feels very flexy ... no jumping please

Yes,my dear Darkspeed,it is a cool rv.It is an Unger. This was one unit regretfully I had to pass on,due to lack of space.I've passed, as well, on at least five Airstreams and an Avion side in, to boot, for the same reason. On the upside,I am the proud owner of two Airstreams of vintage status:'63 Safari and '66 Sovereign. The fate of the Unger,as well as little brother are unfortunately the same, disabled until further notice. If your travels take you to Orlando,I'll show you MY piece of **** trailers.Richie Rich.

Well after i get the vinyl off the skins and number them - then they will come off. I want to seal the inside of the outer skin and reinsulate.

I'm having flashbacks. I removed about 5 full size hefty garbage bags of rat and mouse poop and nut shells. They used the drawers and bins as food storage locations. The belly pan was also completely full of mouse droppings and nuts. Best of luck to you.

Arggg. The toxic belly pan! I'm just going to tie a bouy to it and back it down the boat ramp for about a week. when the nuts float to the surface I will be happy

Not sure what your plans are, but I had to do a shell off to completely get rid of the smell. The plywood floor was so soaked with rat "cologne" that it required a new floor. Also, about 1000 gallons thru the pressure washer helped...

I agree, back it into the lake and let her soak for a while. However it might lead to a fishy smell, not sure which is better...

Yes I will get you a shot of it tomorrow
The wall unit oven seems to be in good shape
The burner unit is a little rusty on the surface but both are complete
