HUGE decision.....nervous.

All these questions and inquiries by me for the last 2 weeks or so has resulted in a major decision for my wife and I.

We looked all over the U.S.A. and finally found what we think will be all we need until we are done...........

We have decided to buy a 2004 Safari 28' W, listed for sale a couple weeks ago here on the forums.

It is just a matter of finishing the paper work and waiting for it to be delivered.

Please give me your thoughts, advice and opinions and don't hold back.

Any advice is appreciated.

I have an 08 28' SE and we love it. Just the right size for the wife and I and our two dogs.

As you can see by my signature, we have a Safari 27FBSE. I liked the 28 much more for the livability but wife liked the added storage of the 27FBSE. No question who won that disagreement.

CONGRATULATIONS!! My quest was much like your own. We decided a 25' was the 'stream of my dreams (and the DH finally got on board ) We did an extensive search and then pulled the sale trigger.

I had a few nights of feeling sick to my stomach over the large purchase. Now that 'Tex' is home with us and we've gone camping with our Airstream twice the butterflies have settled and we are amazingly pleased that we finally purchased our Airstream.

Let us know about your travels and post pictures when you get the chance!

Thank you all so very kindly.

I honestly did not know if we would find one or not because they seem to be so elusive........
