It's pretty odd they economized on the rear wheels when the front set have solid metal valves and stems.

The best extension for the 3500 Sprinter is made by the Tireman up on the grapevine. They run about $150 and another $100 to get them installed. The ones on Amazon don't leak quite as fast as the rubber extensions at Camping World.

If you don't go first class, your heirs will!

I have the rear duallyvalves and the TST TPMS on all six tires (I forgot to take Protag's advice and put one on the spare.) It is an expensive combination but gives me some confidence that the inner duals are fully intact and properly inflated when driving down the interstate at 70 mph. I'm also too lazy to check tire air pressure at every gas station stop like all good RVer's are supposed to do. Installation requires some babysitting of the tire technician. It is not an intuitive process and took two attempts to get it right. I had to call the duallyvalve folks to ask them for installation tips on the second time around. I am very happy with the set up now.

Those front metal valve stems come with the Alcoa wheels. Only the rear inner duals are stock Sprinter steel wheels with rubber valve stems.

I just ordered a new trailer to haul my motorcyle. My old trailer was a single axle, the new one is tandem so I needed two additional sensors for my TST Tire Monitor system. In searching I found prices all over the map but the best I found was which had the non-flow through RV507 sensors in a 2 pack for $89 shipped. Their complete systems also seemed very competitively priced.

+1 on the dually valve extensions. It was my first modification and on a recent first 6 week trip I had zero problems and no air loss

Any reason you chose TST vs. TireMinder? Both get positive reviews online and here in the forums

I chose based on the recommendations of members on this board and one of the TST reps was a member of these boards and participated in many of the discussions.
