USB charging port

Has anyone installed a 12v usb charging portin the rear lounge?
Could it be powered from the circuit for the reading lights?

I replaced the "coffeemaker" outlet with an outlet that has two 110V sockets and two USB charging ports. Works great.

I used one of the units that plugs into an AC outlet and has two USB and two AC outlets. Put it in the outlet under the second row seat behind the driver.

I have a multi-charger in one of the kitchen outlets, also large and small chargers for the dash outlet.

I installed USB ports and 12v sockets on the rear of galley and wardrobe cabinets near foot of lounge bed. I chose to install new wires and use the spare fuse slots on the 12v distribution panel rather than tap into any existing circuits.

Melody,
I had not even thought of that.

The tv usb port works great overseas as well -- I never broke out my plug adapter in Europe last year to charge the IPad by just plugging it into a hotel tv.
