Having power loss with our Dodge/Sprinter 06 Interstate, we discovered this morning (after 3 years of ownership) that there was a design flaw in the turbo resonator of its' Mercedes Benz diesel engine. The turbo resonator has since been redesigned, but owners of these engines have not been notified.
Warranty covered replacement with the redesigned part, and the EGR Valve which was also damaged. Had it not been for warranty, cost would have been about $1,000.00.
