It is very clever!

Post-it makes little peel-n-stick-on pockets which are great for corralling receipts, clipped coupons & recipes, etc.

They come in a packet, with varying sizes, and the largest of these is great on the side of the home frig for tax documents.....I drop property tax, donations, etc., documents in there all year long, then pull them out and organize for the tax man in April.

I love organizer thingies.

A bit too much, Doug would say.

Around here the BORG is also known as Home Despot 😄. And we tend to spend too much time and cash there....

Love that - my vocabulary just expanded. I learned the acronym BORG from reading trailer threads. Apparently the BORG stocks certain types of aluminum sheeting that the DIY people use.

I finally identified the security product that I had been wanting for months - it's the Pacsafe Travelsafe 12L. This relates to a couple of different previous threads where we were discussing methods of securing both weapons and electronic devices inside an Interstate, with the intention of keeping that stuff away from smash-and-grabbers (nothing would stop a highly motivated thief) and also children (especially in the case of handguns).

I've come to conclude that any device that does not fold, nest, roll, squish, or otherwise compact probably does not have a place in my Interstate. There just isn't room for large rigid objects beyond what is absolutely necessary (a fixed security safe is out of the question, especially in a T1N-based Interstate). The beauty of this 12L is its flexibility. One could put valuables in it and then squash the thing into an obscure vehicular body cavity that would not be a likely high-priority search target during a smash-and-grab. So you'd have two layers of security in that scenario - first concealment, and then second, if it were found, it would be cabled to the Sprinter frame.

Here's a short vid showing the operation of it. About $80 on Amazon, which is a lot less than a conventional small safe, whether designed for RV or not.

In my 2012 Interstate, it can also serve as a theft deterrent for the van itself. Swivel the driver's seat to face the rear, and use the cable to lock the PacSafe to the seat swivel so that the seat can't be swung back around. No one can drive the van with the driver's seat locked backwards!

Been looking for the perfect locker bins for a while and Lo and behold, this week I found two. Both available at Bed, bath and beyond.

Great first start and fit perfectly in the cabinet front to back.

Then found these on a second trip to BBB. Perfect. 3 wide vs. 2 and stackable.

Emiril knife sharpener

I found one of these, in black, at TJMaxx, I believe, awhile back, and got it for the little house.

Sharpening the knives was a hubby task, and he used a stone and leather strop....more than I want to take on.

It locks firmly on the countertop, takes up little space in a drawer, and does an excellent job of sharpening the kitchen knives.

Best Buy currently has IPad minis with 32GB and wifi for $279 with a 2 year Verizon contract.

This is a great deal, at about $200 off.

Verizon tech support advised they will transfer the upgrade on my mi-fi to the IPad sim card, so no penalty for ending that contract early.

They also advise that the IPad mini will very functionally serve as the hot spot for the phone and laptop, when needed, without the lessening of service that occurs when using the phone as a hotspot.

The mini will be about 1/3 the weight and size of my IPad......and, minus the Verizon mi-fi, one less item to carry, one less item to charge.

Wanted to spread the word.

Held in place around the seat using a mini-bungee cord.
That made me laugh, too! Love the idea!
