Shower Curtain: Yes, use a decent size flat bladed screwdriver to pry one end open. Use pliers to re-crimp after your reinstallation if desired.
Tank Heater Pad: There are many adhesives that will do the job. Maybe a can of 3M strong spray adhesive. Clean the surfaces with alcohol for best adhesion.
Cargo Rings: These are for whatever your mind comes up with... securing loads, attaching a dog leash, anchor point for a stretchy exercise band, etc.

Thanks. Can't wait to try the stretchy exercise band in that! LOL. Going out now to pry the shower curtain out!

Be careful to not stretch the heating pad when you reattach it. Stretching the pad may ruin the electrical heating element. These are expensive (~$100/pad).

From Lowe's / Home Depot, I purchased a flat sheet of metal. about the size of the heating pad. Used gorilla glue to reattach the pad. Then passed big and long zip ties around the gray tank including the metal sheet to help support the pad. Zip ties fore and aft.

MANSDERM161 - Agree with all prior answers for shower curtains & cargo rings. As for hanging tank heating pads, I wanted to use Gorilla 38-lb. clear double sided tape but was out when I was at store. Ended up buying the 3M 10-lb clear double sided and still attached since my 1st week of ownership (03/18).

I used 3M spray adhesive... locally found at Lowes, ACE, Home Depot. Apply on pad and tank, let it sit a few minutes and put in place...
And just to be safe, I used black duct tape around the borders. Working great.

I used liquid nails in the small tube with the screw-on lid. Placed some supports under it to hold until the glue dried. Has held fine for ~ 3 years and 40,000 miles.
