Service

Thanks to Brian Hawtin, from Colonial Airstream located Lakewood, N.J. For arraigning with Jackson Center, a replacement radio for my 2014 Interstate and made it possible to have a local installer-perform the install and avoid the 3+ one way trip to N.J. Jackson Center replaced my radio (DN 890 HD with a bad ass upgrade Kenwood DNN-991HD-M). This service and cooperation is why I chose an Airstream product and specifically Colonial Airstream.

Somtimes Airstream bales out a dealer, and sometimes a dealer bales out Airstream.

It's called "team work".

It's all for the benefit of the owner.

None of us, have it all, but working together, does pay dividends.

I've had two warranty repairs on my Interstate. They were small items that I could replace myself. Colonial has always responded quickly, sending me the required parts and a return label to send them back the failed item. I agree that teamwork between the dealer and Airstream factory is the secret to success.
