Is the Blackvue system, completely portable? ie move between 2 vehicles?

I wouldn't consider it that portable. The two cameras could be moved to a second vehicle, but you would need a second set of mounts and video cable installed in the second vehicle. Maybe even a second power cord depending on how you install it. The camera come out of the mounts easily, but the mounts are attached to the vehicle with 3M VHB tape.

I installed my power cord and video cable behind trim panels so they are now part of the vehicle.

The big advantage I saw in the BlackVue is the small size that creates a very inconspicuous installation.
