Looks like that is for the rear door, sliding door is $309.
May want to check in with Airstream as I know they were working on screens as well.

MJGman,
I purchased one recently, and have yet to install it. It requires taking off the rubber seal around the opening and putting it back on jammed between the seal and the metal--as far as I can tell from the instructions. It appears to be made very well, and I will report back with some pictures for you. Steve.

I just installed one on my side sliding door. It's a challenge to install. You remove the door weather stripping and then re-install it with the fabric edge of screen door. We haven't used it much yet. But it should get some added use on this trip to Alaska. We'll be in Minot, ND tonight and cross into Canada tomorrow on our way to Fairbanks and Denali.

We have both the rear screens and the side door screen. We had to have the side screen modified and installed by a trim shop. They installed snaps to the chassis around the bottom to keep it secure. One slight draw-back and pain in the lower back is that when entry/exit are required the zipper must be rezipped. Well, the base of the zipper is down in the chassis step, requiring you to bend way over to reach the zipper if you are in the chassis. I contend with it because it is the only game on the block. It is made well with a really good zipper.
I really like the sliding screen door on the Leisure Vans. Check it out at about 5.43 index in this video:

Try attaching a three-foot-long piece of wire— or whatever length works best for you— to the inside zipper pull, and using it as a handle for pulling up the zipper from inside. If the wire is stiff, you can use it to push the zipper down, too.
A similar piece of wire on the outside zipper pull will let you reach up to the zipper from outside when the zipper is fully open, so that you can pull it down to close it from outside without needing arms like an orangutan. Then all you will need is some way to keep the wires out of the way when you're not using the zipper, but I figure some Velcro attached to the handle end of the wire and to the screen might do the trick.

Thanks for all the input... I think we will get it... Especially after this last trip we picked up a couple of flys in New Mexico and didn't get rid of them till Texas!! Guess they wanted a ride.... I wonder if it would be easy to put the magnets in instead of using the zipper.... Like that one screen they sell on tv....

Let us know how the screen works for you. The mosquitos are "plentiful" up here this year so you will be giving it a good test!

I have one for the back door and I'm happy with it. Installation wasn't too difficult, though, I would highly recommend using binder clips as recommended to position it properly. I chose not to purchase one for the side door because I didn't want to have to zip it and unzip it each time I entered the van. I would really love one for the side that is easier to operate.

I'll let you know how it works. We bro ably won't need it in Denali with 65F highs and 45F lows. But once down on Kenai I'm sure it will be handy. Stayed in Davidson, SK last night and the Mosquitos were really thick. It was hot so we used AC until sunset so window screens were enough.

The screens that attach with a tension pole at the top are really not too bad, and have magnetic tabs that hold them closed.
They are not custom fit, but allow access while keeping insects out.
Durable, high quality screen. Easy to get in and out, roll up to stow under a rear bench and take up very little space.

We are in Tok, Alaska tonight using the new slider door screen I purchased from the Sprinter Store (Upscale Automotive). Her is a photo from my dinner table. Screen works well, but I did add some additional Velcro on the bottom seal.
Enjoy!

How are the skeeters in Tok Mike? Every time I've been there they have been, ummm, shall we say plentiful!

Skeeters aren't bad here tonight since there is a nice breeze. I just folder up the slider screen as it was getting a bit too cool. I'm from Minnesota where the Mosquitos are also bad.

Hey Mike, how is it getting in and out with the screen in place? Is it a bit of a hassle or pretty easy? I'm frequently carrying stuff when I'm going in and out and wonder how hard it is to open/close with one hand?

It is difficult to install and not something you want to be going in and out through frequently.

Update on using the side door screen from the Sprinter Store. During heavy rain while parked on Denali NP here in Alaska I noticed there was water dripping from the top of the door. It was because the fabric edging of this screen door is installed under the door gasket seal and a bit if the fabric is exposed outside the gasket seal. This results in water wicking into fabric and dripping from the zipper edge at top of door. It wasn't a lot of water and it just drips onto the side step so it's not a big issue. Here is photo of area where it dripped.
