Rugs for Interstate 3500

Looking for ideas!
What do you use for rugs or isle runner in your Interstate?
The isle is fairly narrow.
Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
SGT DAVE

We ordered braided, washable and reversible rugs from this place

Stroud Braided Rugs

They have a huge selection of colors, styles and color combinations, and custom make to order. Been very pleased with them.

I don't feel the need to put a runner the whole length of the aisle. Given my diabetic neuropathy, my podiatrist doesn't allow me to go barefoot anyway, and the bare flooring is easier to keep clean.

I bought a carpet-style doormat to put down by the bathroom door for when I'm drying off after a shower, but that's it. I stuck it down with 3M Command Adhesive for carpets to keep it from sliding around.

The doormat is just the right size, being only 18" in its short dimension. The aisle is 19 inches wide at its narrowest point.

Maggie,

I love the braided rugs from the Stroud website! I inquired through email about the custom made runner after picking out a cute pattern. Thanks for the tip.

So glad I could be helpful! They have such an amazing selection, boggles the mind.

There is a specific place on their website to order custom rugs, by style, color and measurements.

We like the rugs to kind of break up the continuity of the flooring. We have the cork stuff. They also tie together what decorating scheme we have.

They will slide a bit on your floor, you will want to get some of that no-slip stuff to put underneath.

I figured out how to custom order the runner. Thanks for your help with that. So many cute patterns it was hard to pick but so convenient to order.
Happy Holidays!

We laid down squares from Flor (FLOR modular carpet tiles - Create unique, eco-friendly area rugs, runners & wall-to-wall designs). Good variety. Easy to pull one out to clean.
