Replacing bulbs in Interstate

I want to install led lights in the ceiling of my 2007 Interstate but can't figure out houw to access the bulb. When I pull down on the light it feels spring loaded. I am hesitant to twist it! Any help?

We got some help from Jackson Center on this a few months ago.

The ceiling lights are rather spring-loaded, but the whole thing doesn't need to come out if you are just replacing the bulb.

You only remove the lens, and do this by putting a small something into an edge to loosen and it pops right out. Bulb is then accessible.
