DELORES - Wow, you weren't kidding, you didn't waste any time I actually ordered 1 more today. I use my 1st as permanent bicycle repair table with a repair stand/clamp permanently attached to it. And my 2nd is used as a seat complete with cushions. This 3rd will be used as another seat or mini-pinic table and it's real function as a step for cleaning windshield (helps short guys like me). Would love to see pics if it works for you.

Yup. Ordered one as well. Even comes with its own carrying case which is great for storage.

That was quick... I ordered it this morning! Looks like this one fell into the same day shipping.
Alex, thanks again for the idea... I can even use it with the X5 when doing something in the roof or washing it, or as a seat, or as a table or...

WACHUKO - Your are welcome. See, only shorty guys with short arms would know about these tools. Dang, that's faster than mine and we have a big Amazon warehouse in LV

Well, the step did not work out for mounting the tv outside. Discovered that when the slide door opens fully, it will cover half of the rear tire. This is the area where I had hoped to mount it, and where the electrical outlet and cable is located. Mounting it to the front passenger tire would require running an extension cord. I just don’t like all the tackiness. Back to the drawing board! Thanks for the idea, and the step will come in handy for something else, I’m sure.

DELORES - You can order the NORTON Intermediate Door Stop Kit. A lot of Sprinter rv users install it so sliding door can stop halfway or somewhere in between. I have one, many here do too. It does not preclude you from still opening it fully if/when need arises.

Alex, thanks. Will give it a try. By the way, is there a thread or can we start one for all of these little extra items that works for the exterior of our sprinter?

DELORES - I believe there is (well, just for the doorstop) because I would not have known about it if not for the advice of folks here. Could not remember original threads but after a little digging, found the 2 threads that offer 2 viable alternatives
