Any experienced mechanic should be able to install those items. A couple of additional points: The new sway bar is a tight fit next to the generator but should make it. Make sure the door to their shop is tall enough to accommodate your bus. The shocks and sway bar will not help with the bounce in the back. They will help to make the vehicle more stable in cornering and windy conditions.
Check with Clark's Suspension and Alignment off Lake Forest drive in Lake Forest. Had alignment done this morning and am extremely satisfied. Very nice HONEST man. Also went to ELITE SPRINTER who will service-----oil, both oil and fuel filters, etc. for $159.00. Had trouble finding it, but has a 5 star Yelp. I think you'll like both shops.
If Clark's can't do it he will refer you to a suspension shop in Santa Ana. AEW
