Hello,
My wife and I have been looking into buying a B van RV for a while, and recently had a chance to take a really good look at a 190 (my mother just bought a 1993!) and would like to purchase one for ourselves. We live in S.E. MI but would travel some for the right one. We are not necessarily in a hurry so if you have one for sale or happen to run across one please contact us with information.
Thanks,
Ron & Lauren Hasselbach

Ps. I am also posting this in the Classified forum!
Hello Barb,
Thanks for the super quick reply. Nothing is out of the question, but it is farther than we had hoped to go. I will talk it over with the Mrs. and give them a call.
Thanks so much for your kindness,
Ron

There is a community service that the forum has; someonewho is living in the area where the unit that you are considering could take a look at it for you. At the top of this page click on "forum", then "our community" it is either the third or fourth thread down, entitled "so, you want to buy a trailer 3 states away". Maybe there is someone in Maine or NH (not me, I wouldn't know what to look for ) who could go take a peek at it and take a couple of photos... Give it a shot!
I recently bought a 2000 Ford (V-10) B 190 van in Texas via E bay.
It's really nice. 48,000 miles, generator, A/c w/heat strip, shower, toilet, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, power fan vent, overhead bed over cab, sofa bed, new tires, etc. It had a flood damage title but the RV dealer, a local Ford dealer, and I, all found no evidence of any flood damage. I drove it home (1300 miles) to the Chicago area from Houston with no problems.
Only problem is my wife does'nt like it.
The price would be just under $30,000 if you're interested. It's in our park with our Excella in Michigan City, Ind.
