Any day now, I expect to be rear-ended and to have to hear: "dude, like, the 'adaptive' cruise control didn't apply the brakes...it's like, not my fault".

Productive Sunday on the airstream to do list.

1) upgraded stock front speakers. (Amp, Sub & rear speakers still on the list).

2) installed 2nd LP Switch (silver plate left of magnum switch) rear curbside cabinet (finally) took easy route, ran wire out of cabinet through HDMI hole, then behind wall along window to the fresh water dump value. (Wasn't silicones so rob beside cold water dump for 14 gauge wire. Sliced into wire just above switch.

3) flipped wardrobe door to open from front instead of bed. (No clue why it opened from rear, was always awkward.

Total of about 4 hrs - heading from IL to Vegas (SEMA Show) on Tuesday after voting - trying to get the easy stuff. May get the step bypass done Monday.

Re: iPhone and bluetooth.

I think I solved the "phone" issue with my iPhone. It kept dropping the bluetooth connection and phone on radio has never worked.

Fiddling with menu and saw that OEM bluetooth was on. Turned it off- now phone and head unit act as expected.

Great Job! I need to flip our wardrobe door as well. Do you have any hints for when I try it? Thanks
Randy

Was really simple. I made sure hinges were same distance from top and bottom of door. (mine were). So Removed the door & just put a piece of paper over the trim, punched holes where the screw holes were and transferred to the opposite side. Drilled a small pilot hole and mounted it. For the latch I didn't even remove the latch from the door; just flipped cabinet side upside dow and transferred to other side. Took about 15 min since I already had drill & screwdriver out.

Glad to hear you have Bluetooth to your phone working. The telephone buttons on lower RH side of steering wheel will allow you to answer phone calls and hang-up phone when done. Works great with my iPhone 5.

Which devices menu were you fiddling with. I've just started setting up my 2014.5 AI Lounge EXT and I'm trying to make sure I don't miss anything. It seems like a pretty complicated setup that will be nice if it works.

I'm with you on that Larry. I use my RV 760LMT for navigation and leave the Kenwood set on media. I really like planning routes on my computer (full screen) and downloading them into the Garmin RV760.

I also like planning on my PC and downloading the routes to my Garmin RV. I just ordered the camera for the unit to rig a rear view.

The other thing I liked about my RV 760 was traffic/road construction alerts nearly 40 miles ahead and school zone audible and visual alarm. Very nice unit all in all. I did discover that in the AI it works better in the car mode as it trys to do too much rerouting when used in the RV mode. Guess it things were a big class A rig.

The 2015 map updates are $95.
OK, whatever,
but the real insult is $8.50 to ship a 1/4 oz, SD card

The OEM map updates for my 2010 Tahoe are $200 but got them off ebay for $75. Might check there.

Mine is DVD based. GM is always a decade behind on tech.
