Nice pics in this and the other "pictures" thread. We were in Yellowstone in late May and saw very few class b's of any kind, and only a handful on the way up and back.

Truly a fine example of creative indoor living. Extra tall interior allows an upper bunk to slide back into place above the midship couch, which can also make into a 2-person bed. Bathroom in back, galley and pantry just ahead of that. Wish I could have taken more pics to share.

Truly a rare find, then!

I believe that's how I realized I really am now an AI owner - I now notice my AI siblings on every trip.
It also fun game for grandson.

I have launched a gentle campaign to convince one of my closer friends that he and his family need an Earth Roamer. He has the financial means but no experience with any of that scene (not even any low-end RV experience). Husband and I have considerable vehicle technical and off-grid type experience but we are not in a position to be Earth Roamer buyers. Between the two of us, though, we could have Earth Roamer design something off-the-charts spectacular for him. Given some latitude on input, we could take Earth Roamer to its next logical level (I'm so modest, eh?).

INTERBLOG - If the custom HD is your friend's target build, I doubt that EarthRoamer will impede or restrict any input considering the $1.5M entry fee. I was told they don't discriminate, they take everyone's money I would not be able to imagine though what would the "next logical level" be from that price point? Can't even wrap my brains around the price.

They have some human factors deficiencies IMO. The next logical level would be continuous improvement to overcome what is currently a bit too much of a showboat mentality and a bit too little to offer in the way of ergonomics and design elegance (expecially where it manifests as simple warmth). I've told them this, which they appreciated with exactly zero percent enthusiasm in their reply.
Not all wealthy people are snobbish and show-offy. Some of them are the most humble and sweet I've ever met in my life. There should be a rig to match that state of being. One which can still do what virtually every other rig cannot.

INTERBLOG - Ok , I give up. How do you make a EarthRoamer not "show boaty"? That's about as inconspicuous as a plain-Jane PREVOST. I don't blame Earth Roamer's 0% enthusiasm. I would've been more blunt and said you just invented a new oxy-moron = inconspicuously modest EarthRoamer.

The dreaded "L" word intrudes back into the conversation. They even use it in their tag line "luxury expedition vehicles". Does anyone make a rig that is less hat and more cattle? Less style and more substance? Less Marilyn Munroe and more Marie Curie?
